Interprocedural DynamicTypeResolver 

* Closes #45
* Alters VariableAction to take Expression as argument (either NameExpr or FieldAccessExpr).
* Expands the CallGraph API
* Fixes bug where movable definitions were created incorrectly.
* Now accepting FieldAccessExpr completely.
